It’s turning out to be quite a season for Jennie Ballay. After enjoying a fantastic run in the Bronze division of the Ladies Island Championship in May, Jennie made the trip to the UK this month to compete in the Hampshire Junior Girls Championships at Lee On Solent GC. Jennie has been working hard on her game with coach Lindsay Boyd and sharpening her short game with Bobby Eggo. All that effort paid off with a superb performance in Hampshire to win the Douglas Cup for handicaps over 20 with a magnificent 40 points. It was a particularly proud day for the family as older sister Steph had also won the same trophy in 2012.
