James Troop showed great resilience bouncing back from a disappointing day1 round to card his best ever round at LGM with a 2 over 67. The Hampshire player struggled with the strong wind on Day 1 but his Day 2 performance saw him take the prize and also win maximum points in the Adult tee Ray Lowe Order of Merit .
The white tee net competition was closely fought between Alexander Mills and Thomas Chamberlain. There was only one shot between these two rising stars of junior golf after Day1. Alex got the better of Day2 to win the net prize.
In the Red tee competition, consistently strong player Oliver Farmer had another good weekend coming out ahead of Charlie Czarnecki by seven shots. Josh Neville played on Sunday and extended his lead in the Red tee Ray Lowe Order of Merit receiving maximum points.
