Huge Congratulations to Ollie Chedhomme for winning the prestigious Lambourne Shield at the Guernsey Sports Commission Awards this evening in recognition of his outstanding 2021 season. He’s reaching the point where he’s going to need a new Trophy Cabinet and the season hasn’t even started yet!
Many congratulations to Chloe Gaudion who was also nominated for the award, a brilliant achievement in itself. The short list was full of Junior stars from a variety of sports. Both Juniors were also nominated for the Sir John Loveridge Award which is awarded to the sportsperson making the biggest progress over a year. Ollie and Chloe deserve huge credit for being such fantastic Ambassadors for golf in Guernsey and we are all very proud of them.
