James Troop travelled to Mannings Heath Golf club in Sussex to play for Hampshire U14s for the first time. The format was a triangular matchplay match against Surrey and Sussex. The matches ebbed and flowed throughout the round. Surrey finally managed to close out the match 2&1 on the 17th but the match against Sussex went up the last. James held his nerve and won an exciting last hole to finish the match all square.
